Our processing facility turns out excellent quality:
All of the black beans processed at our facility are run across a gravity seperator, double stoned with our LMC destoneing process, eyed with a 40 channel SCAN MASTER color sorter, and run over a final scalping process to remove splits.We also have the ability to apply a mineral oil polish.
This capability offers us markets around the globe, as well as Mexico.
